  3. Preparing Consultant Accounts Enter the consultant’s pay rate and other payroll information Link the consultant to a student profile to record payroll visits

  4. Recording Payroll Visits Payroll visits are recorded in the same manner student visits are recorded. The consultant uses the log student box to sign themselves in for a visit, and selects the “work” subject and reason for their visit. The other option for payroll visits is to allow administrators or workers to enter their work hours manually using the “Quick Visit” utility.
