History • Glen Bell was the man who started the company. • In 1952 he sold his first stand. • The first menu was hamburgers and hot dogs then the McDonald’s brothers started with McDonalds. • He started Taco Bell because he was a Mexican takeout customer and hated the long painful waits, and he needed a new idea. • The taco sauce now is the Chili’s-dog sauce he used to use. • 19 cent tacos. •Starting name was Taco Tias. • Started between 1954 and 1955.
