  2. Use • May only be used for projects with no ROW, deep excavation and BUSTR sites only • May not use for projects with USEPA and/or OEPA sites • Similar to ESA Screening except includes BUSTR file review • Determine if petroleum contaminated soils note needed for project

  3. Recommendations • Site with BUSTR file • Compare known contamination area with project excavation • Based on this, determine if a PCS plan note needed • Site without BUSTR file • Assume petroleum contamination present • PCS Plan Note
