  2. Import Word • Home tab, Slides group • New Slide, Slides from Outline • Select the file

  3. Embedding, Linking & Paste Special • Difference between linking and embedding is where you store the data. • Embedding: Copy, Paste Special, Microsoft Office Word Document Object • Link: click button

  4. Import Excel Chart • Insert tab, Text group, Object, Create from file

  5. Reuse Slides from Other Presentations • Slide Sorter • Home tab, slides group, New slide, Reuse Slides, Browse

  6. Sending Presentation to Word • Office Button, Publish, Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word

  7. Inserting Comments • Review Tab, comments group, New Comment

  8. Action Button & Annotating a Show • Insert tab, Links group, Action Buttons • Right click pointer options • Highlighter, pen color • Pointer Options, ink color

  9. Set up Slide Show • Which slides are showed • Loop continuously • Advance slides through automatic timer • Show Type: speaker or individual • Slide Show tab, Set up group, Set Up slide Show

  10. Rehearse Timing • Slide Sorter View • Slide Show tab, Set Up group, Rehearse Timings • Great for kiosks or sales booths
