The Bill Drafting Application • Each committee and department selects an authorized user • The authorized user is assigned a user name and password • The user can: • Input the text of the bill or draft legislation • Create a “bill package” of information that includes relevant memoranda, committee resolution and minutes –among other • Currently, receive and process information from internal discussion forum (staff) • In the future, receive and process information from external sources (citizens) through the Parliament’s webpage and in paper form
