  4. Networking Strategies • Finding the bet sources to make contact with related businesses. • Making contact network that is in the interest of our business. • Contacting the sources that can help us guide maintain our OHS, Ethics standards, and marketing strategies.

  5. IMPLEMENTATION • Sources used; media, internet, news papers etc • Networks found; business meetings and seminars of related businesses. • Achievement; collected lot of information and exchanged contacts.

  6. ESTABLISHING RELATIONS • My personal meeting with COE of “ SONY PTY”. • Discussing our mutual interests and agreeing on working together. • My staff members meetings with a local “ City Functions “ • Agreed on contract options in future and excepted invitation on our business conference etc.

  7. NEGOTIATIONS Negotiations were held on following issues with new business partners. • Nature of businesses • Our offered services (example, our services for their brand promotions) • Meeting each others business standards such as credibility, performance levels, financial transparency and codes of practice etc.

  8. SEEK BUSINESS ADVICE We contacted a bank which provided following services. • Free financial advice • Business management tips • Business loans • Coaching of staff for new business starters. • Business opportunities and updates

PROMOTING RELATIONSHIPS • We invited all the contacts on our business seminar. • Our strategy was now to effectively promote our relationship with business contact. • To inform them about the services we offer and opportunities with working together. • Inform them about our business policies, standards, products and credibility. • Our goals and targets.

PRESENTATION I presented a speech on behalf of my company highlighting following points. • It’s a pleasure to work with the professionals in the business which will help grow our new business. • Our company policy is to work with our partners on fair bases keeping our and their credibility and building a trust relationship. • We can offer free delivery services of cameras for function organising companies on competitive hire rates. • We can promote products of companies like “Sony” in our city and surrounding areas by our marketing services. • Our goal is to expand our business throughout the state by 2013.

FEEDBACK PROCESS • Feedback forms regarding my address to the participants and company policies were available. • Request was made to fill up the feedback forms. • Feedback forms were also sent to the participants who had to leave soon. • I got a face to face feedback from the participant who were really interested in my business. • They appreciated my speech and also gave me some good advices.
