This initiative represents a partnership between the Hillsborough County School District and the University of South Florida funded by the Corporation for National Service’s Florida Learn & Serve program. The project aims to equip in-service teachers with the skills to incorporate service-learning into their classrooms. It includes professional development workshops, support sessions, and mini-grants for participating educators in high-need schools. The goal is to enhance students' learning experiences through community engagement and develop a network of educators proficient in service-learning strategies.
