  1. The Benefit to Riding A Bicycle Cycling means riding a Bicycle. To riding a bicycle isn't easy. If you want to ride a bicycle, you must have to have a sufficient energy. Tall persons can learn easily how to ride a bicycle, on the contrary, Short person can't learn easily. Cycling helps to be tall a person. Besides, it helps to keep in fit for body, to grow up. I think, every person should ride a bicycle in order to protect from various sort of diseases. Besides, it keeps in a fresh mind. Cycling can help to protect you from serious diseases such as stroke, heart attack, some cancers, depression, diabetes, obesity and arthritis. Riding a bike is healthy, fun and a low- impact form of exercise for all ages. Cycling is easy to fit into your daily routine by riding to the shops, park, school or work. Cycling is mainly an aerobic activity, which means that your heart, blood circulation and lungs all get a workout. You will breathe deeper, perspire and experience increased body temperature, which will improve your overall fitness level. Regular cycling increases cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility; it helps to improve joint mobility, posture and coordination, strengthen bones. Regular cycling also decreases mental presure, bodies fat levels etc. It prevents (from) lots of disease. At the time of riding a bicycle, You have to be cautious . Because, You may be accident. Even, you may die after serious accident . Nobody wants to loss lives. I think, In lieu of, motorcycle, we should use a bicycle . Because, Cycling doesn't pollute atmosphere. Because, it doesn't blow off any gas. Even it protects environment pollution.
