This project focuses on promoting the adoption of eLearning within the Pig Industry through a "Train the Trainer" approach, identifying acceptable technologies for workplace application, and gathering evidence to support assessment practices. Key stakeholders include GOTAFE, DEPI, and piggery staff. Our learners comprise committed workplace supervisors and industry staff, with an emphasis on addressing challenges like varying roles, ESL needs, and content accessibility. The project advocates for clear communication, effective use of Moodle, and collaborative support for a successful eLearning experience in pig farming.
