Power Search Symbols • “|” (Pipe Character) – Represents “OR” • “#” - Is used when looking for ANY value in the selected field • “@” - Is used as a Wildcard • “…” - Used when searching a range of values (ie. Date ranges) • “>” - Is greater than • “<“ - Is less than • “>=“ - Is greater than or equal to • “<=“ - Less than or equal to

Watchlists • Watchlist’s can help visually organize and separate groups of students that require special attention. • A color coded dot can be assigned for each list to differentiate between lists, and can be displayed: • On the Log listing • During the log in/out process • On the student record • In the student listing • In appointment records
