Code of Ethics Signed and agreed to by EVERY parent when registering their student athlete IMPORTANT REMINDERS • I will refrain from making derogatory remarks or using foul language to our about the officials, coaches, parents, players or spectators from either team. • I will respect any decisions and calls made by coaches and officials and will refrain from coaching my child on the sidelines during a game.

  4. Spring Sports Liaisons • Roles of Liaisons: • Issues with Coach/Playing time brought to liaison • Liaison will schedule meeting between all parties • Liaison’s contact information will be displayed on each sports home page

  5. Registration Process !! IMPORTANT: Online registration and submitted paperwork are required to tryout for any sport • Deadlines: • County requirements regarding tryout dates • Health Physicals, Proof of Insurance • Keep process fair & equitable for all student athletes • Most Common Issues: • Missing front & back of insurance card • Concussion form not signed by both parent & student athlete • Physical form not signed by physician • Need to register for all sports you want to try out for, only 1 set of paperwork is needed

  6. Registration Process – Spring Sports Register at www.wmsabc.com • Online registration: • Open Now • Regular registration closes 1/25/19. That means online registration as well as submission of all paperwork. • Late registration accepted on an exception basis, requires non-refundable $50.00 late fee paid at time of registration. Checks only. • System closes at 11:59 pm on 1/25/19 and no additional registrations will be accepted. • If trying out for more than 1 sport, register online for each sport your child wishes to play. If they are offering a spot on 2 teams they must pick one. • Paperwork: • Place all paperwork in the green booster box in the WMS office & sign the book • Only 1 set of paperwork is necessary for all sports your child wishes to play

  7. WMS ABC Spring Fees - 2019 Fees are not charged until the teams are selected Fees are payable online within 7 days of billing

  8. WMS ABC Spirit Wear Dates • 1st Round of Spirit Wear Dates: • Open February 6th and closes March 3rd. • Items will be delivered the week of March 18th. • 2nd Round of Spirit Wear Dates: • Opens March 18th and closes March 31st. • Items will be delivered April 15th. • We will not have a third round so please keep in mind these dates and order accordingly.
