  1. Changing Printer Settings Using Various Sources

  2. From the Print option Choose Preferences or Properties Email PDF Microsoft Office Backstage View Web
  3. Click on one of the Presets Select an option from the One Click Preset List. Choose from the different options available: Job Type, Document Size, Input Tray, Orientation, Paper Type, Color/Black and White, and how many copies. .
  4. Create your own Preset Click the Detailed Settings Tab.
  5. Select Options for your Preset Choose the menu option(s) you want to change.
  6. Basic Menu Option Basic Menu options contains: Orientation, Color/Black and White, Document Size, and Reduce /Enlarge.
  7. Paper Menu Option Paper Menu option contains: Select Input Tray, Paper Type, Output Tray, whether you want a Banner page, a Front Cover and Back Cover. Scroll down to see more options.
  8. Edit Menu Option Edit Menu option contains: layout, page order, whether it is two sided or one sided, and if you are printing a booklet.
  9. Finishing Menu Option Finishing menu option contains: Printer collate, Staple and Hole Punch
  10. Register Current Settings Click Register Current Settings.
  11. Name your Preset Test Preset Setting Type in the name of your Preset. Click OK.
  12. Customized Preset is Created Your customized Preset is added to the One Click Preset List.
