GAPP Coaching Call Sepsis Working Session

Join the GAPP coaching call on March 13, 2014, to review the latest GAPP data and updates, focusing on engaging physicians in sepsis work. The session will include an appreciative moment where participants share positive experiences. Mandatory meeting attendance is required, and coaching calls occur the second Thursday of each month. If unable to attend, recordings will be available for one week post-call. Data submissions are due on the 3rd of each month, and additional discussions on related topics, including failure to rescue and procedural harm, are scheduled.

  2. Purpose • Review Latest GAPP data • GAPP Updates • Engaging Physicians in Sepsis work

  3. Appreciative Moment • Tell us one positive thing that happened since last week

  4. GAPP Updates • Mandatory Meeting Attendance • Coaching Call and Sepsis Discussion Second Thursday of month. Must complete an evaluation • Second topic call (no evaluation) • If you miss a call you can listen to the recording within 1 week. Complete eval if applicable, and notify topic lead that you listened to get credit. • Data Submission: • Due 3rd or each month – send to Lynne Hall (lhall@gha.org) • TOC (1 for sepsis and 1 for additional topic area) • Checklist (1 per hospital) • Worker Safety Data (if in WS group) Send to Jean Allred (jallerd@gha.org) • due 15th of month (about 45 days after end of reporting month). • Coaching Call March 20: Topic: Failure to Rescue, Procedural Harm • In person meeting (mandatory): May 1, 1- 4 pm. after regional HEN meeting, Atlanta (tentative)
