  1. Comedian Performers Dancer By: Mackenzie Chester Magician Singer

  2. A Performer’s Schedule • A performer’s schedule is always busy. A lot of times, a performer, like a singer, dancer, etc., would stay out really late to perform or practice their act. Usually, midnight is early for a performer to stop practicing. • A performer needs plenty of rest so due to them staying out very late, they usually would sleep for a long time. • Example: The performer goes to bed around 2:00 AM. She/he doesn’t wake up till noon.

  3. A Performer’s Diet • For a singer, you must stay away from acidic foods whereas your throat could be damaged by (the) acid in the fruit, vegetables, etc. • For a dancer, it is better to stay away from fast foods and too much fat but not enough is bad for you. The fat (especially in fast foods) is very weight influencing which does not help your mobility if you get a bit too big. • People who are talking on stage need to have a clear voice but smoking does not really affect that. Although, you need to drink plenty of water before and after your act or show.

  4. A Performer’s Social Life • A lot of times, performers are seen with people and more and more people. Mainly because since the performer is known, he/she is wanted as a friend. • A performer may be seen with many different people at once or just one or two. • Liking is not the only thing is social buisness. There is also people who dislike a performer’s work and that is VERY common. There are no performers yet who are liked completely. People who dislike your acts, music, etc. are commonly rude to you, especially in public. A lot of times, the ones who dislike you, are actually the ones who love you the most but don’t want to admit it.

  5. Social Media About or on a Performer • Sometimes a performer will have a website of their own. Like on twitter, instagram or on facebook. There are a few more such as Tumblr but that is not as popular of a place to insult performers as twitter or instagram or facebook is. • There are some shows, such as the Jimmy Kimmel show, that ask the performers to read the insults and respond. A lot of times, people see it as funny but as interviewed later, it is actually quite insulting. Performer’s really do try hard

  6. Lines and Songs for Performers • Performers will always have to learn lines, memorize songs, remember where to stand on stage or do all at once! Memorizing the lines or songs can sometimes take hours at a time unless one were to study every day for a select hour so each day you could give your mind a break from constantly looking at photos, words or notes to memorize. This way, your brain has time to recite it without you knowing while you relax or while you’re sleeping. Still, line, song, note, position et cetera memorization takes a long time to do. Studying for hours at a time will make you forget quicker.

  7. Casting and Live TV Errors • Performers are not perfect. Sometimes, they mess up on stage. People such as Christina Aguilera or Steven Tyler or Cyndi Lauper. They were criticized and that mess up made people dislike them more than they did before. But, they kept on going no matter how embarrassing it was so they would not be criticized for not finishing it because that would be worse! (read the stories here @ http://thejustpushplay.com/tag/singers-who-messed- up-the-national-anthem/ there are also videos to show you the examples of the fails)

  8. How to Become a Performer • To become a performer, you must have a bit of college education but not much. A lot of times, the famous pop stars are discovered when they’re young usually on shows like the X Factor or American Idle which are both shows that allow you to see people’s talents and vote on them your self. People who are discovered during their early days are brought into the music industry and immediately start. If not immediately, then a week after the discover of the child, person, senior citizen, etc.
