Ormangülü, fundagiller (Ericaceae) familyasından Rhododendron cinsinin 800 kadar türünü içeren çiçekli bitkilerin ortak adı. Gösterişli çiçekleri nedeniyle bahçelerde ve saksıda yetiştirilir.
Bu cinse bağlı türlerin gövdeleri çalı, nadiren de büyük ağaçlardır, en ufak tür 10-20 cm, R. arboreum ise en büyük tür olup boyunun 50 metreyi bile aştığı tespit edilebilmiştir. Yapraklar spiral konumlu, yaprak boyu 1-2 cm ile 50 cm arasında değişmektedir, sadece R. sinogrande türünde yaprakların uzunluğu 100 cm kadardır.
