  6. Market Requirements • ERCOT will present Market Requirements Template for approval by Task Force • Market Requirements will be compiled, revised, and approved by the Task Force. • All Market Requested changes must be included in the Market Requirements Document.

MarkeTrak Escalation Process Day to Day Issues: • Cancellation: • Escalation after 7 days without transition • Inadvertent Switch: • Escalation after 14 days without an acknowledgement by CR2 • Escalation after 28 days without transition out of VOTE state • Escalation notices go to non-Voted parties • All other D2D Sub Types: • Escalation after 28 days without transition All DEV • Escalation after 75 days without transition
