  2. MarkeTrak Task Force meeting was held August 23 &24, 2011. Troy Anderson of ERCOT presented the project status update for the Phase 3 “Critical Enhancements” Release 1 • Currently we are in the Planning Phase and working towards completion of any Planning related activities by October 12, 2011 Projected Planning Phase: • ERCOT delivers Business Requirements • Conceptual design

Projected Planning Phase (cont): • Test plan • Detail Design • Approval to Execution • ERCOT and MT task force will evaluate anticipated completion date next MT task force meeting 09.27.2011 • Task force will begin drafting Release 1 market test scripts scheduled for review and approval by TXSET on or before January 31, 2012.

The task force reviewed the 2011 MarkeTrak survey results • Responses received from the following market segments • Competitive Retailer 72% • TDSP 25% • Third Party 3% • Suggestions for Improvements to the User Guide: 13% • Suggestions for Market Communication: 5% • Suggestions to Improve GUI Reporting feature: 18% • Improved Training Material: 21% • The next MarkeTrak meeting is scheduled for September 27 & 28, 2011 at ERCOT MET Center
