The city is noted for its culture, Renaissance art and architecture and monuments. The city also contains numerous museums and art galleries, such as the Uffizi Gallery and the Palazzo Pitti, and still exerts an influence in the fields of art, culture and politics. The delicious food, accessible day trips, beautiful architecture, fascinating history, and the endless number of things to do in Florence all work together to leave us permanently enthralled with the city. Here we list the top Places of Florence where you must visit on your trip. List of top Places of Florence: 1. Duomo The Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore (known simply as the Duomo) is not only Florence's religious center; it's also the city's most recognizable attraction.
