  2. Available from the Union • Hey Ewe Sponsorship • Apply at the beginning of each year • Based on the support you can give to the night • Warm-ups / AU Ball

  3. External Sponsorship • No Hey Ewe sponsorship if you go with a competing nightclub in town • Clothing • All sponsorship deals must go through the AU and proper contracts must be signed

  4. Fundraising • Door collections on event nights – part of the money always goes to other charities through Rag • Special events in the Union: • “a-thons” • Record attempts • Raffles • Alumni

  5. Run your own competition • Hire sports halls / pitches • Invite other Universities • Charge entry fees • Have a social at the Union afterwards • Sell things on the day • T-shirts • Social tickets • Raffle tickets

  6. Promote a Big Match • Organise support for your big matches • Book transport through the AU office • Sell coach tickets online • Sell supporters t-shirts etc • Promote your club at the same time
