New University Hospital Project Plan • Kravfrån IMF! • Tender for a Total Contractor Project • The contractor shall design, build, finance and run the buildings and lease them to the Buyer for the period of 35-40 years. • The Buyer will gain ownership over the buildings during the course of the lease. • Some technical solutions and systems will be tendered separately by Buyer or Contractor and approved by Buyer, and integrated into the Project Solution and delivered with the buildings ready for use as specified.
