  3. PER QUÈ LLUITEM? ENS HAN CAIGUT DEL CEL? COM S’HA ACONSEGUIT? Acords Mobilitzacions, denúncies… Hores i hores de treball de les delegades y delegats sindicals Amb el treball de l'afiliació i de totes les persones que heu volgut participar • Pujades salarials • Millores laborals • Creació de nous llocs de treball • Convocatòries d’ocupació pública TOT AÇÒ ÉS FRUIT DE LA NEGOCIACIÓ COL·LECTIVA

CCOO, sindicat de classe, sociopolític i participatiu • Sindicat de classe • Perquè caben totes les persones treballadores: les del sector públic i privat, les parades, les joves, les majors, els immigrants… • Sociopolític • Perquè tenim opinió, defensem l’estat de benestar, els drets de la ciutadanía, participem en projectes socials… • Participatiu • Obert a iniciatives, decidim entre tots i totes la línia a seguir AJUDA'NS A MILLORAR LA SOCIETAT!

Per què som el 1er sindicat? • Perquè som un sindicat de i per a persones treballadores • Perquè no venem fum, les nostres propostes són viables • Perquè ens impliquem en la negociació, assumint les conseqüències i mirant sempre el benefici de les persones treballadores • Perquè no estem ací per a dividir, sinó per a sumar forces • Perquè som una Secció Sindical constructiva • Perquè no entrem en crítiques absurdes que no beneficien a ningú • Perquè som conseqüents amb les nostres decisions, que sempre cerquen el benefici col·lectiu • Perquè som un sindicat proper a les nostres companyes i companys en els que bolquem tot el nostre esforç • Perquè negociem pels teus drets. Ens preocupa el teu futur
