Responsibility Assignment Matrix • Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) • Define general roles and responsibilities on project • List where individual stakeholders are accountable or participants • RACI Charts show Responsibility, Accountability, Consultation, and Informed roles for project stakeholders. * Guide for following matrix

  7. Personality Types • Personality characteristics a person is born with. • Different environments may effect personality types • Two primary types: • Introvert • Extravert

  8. Personality Types - Introvert • “Introverts focus their attention towards the inner, mental world rather than external, physical ‘reality’” (Finnis, 2010) • Usually enjoy sitting quietly while socializing • Enjoy fewer, deeper relationships to numerous casual friendships

  9. Personality Types - Introvert • Usually very good at drawing, writing and excels in school work • They strive for perfection and receive the best grades available • Have a Personality Color of: Blue

  10. Personality Types - Extrovert • Make friends fairly easy • Socially able: • More aware of activity in their environment than their own thoughts and feelings • Very outspoken and outgoing

  11. Personality Types - Extrovert • Usually assume leadership role and excel at it • Increased level of dopamine and they look for stimulating activities

  12. Personality Types - ProjectTeams • Extroverts are usually the Project Managers and take the lead • Introverts usually go with the flow and follow the Project Manager or other leaders • Introverts get the assignment and just get the project done • Both of these types of personalities work well together as a team
