The Ontario Court Website Enhancement Project focuses on improving access to critical legal information for diverse public audiences, including the judiciary, legal professionals, and self-represented litigants. Launched in June 1998, the project underwent significant redesigns in 2007 and 2012, ensuring adherence to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0 AA). Key goals include user-friendly design, reliable information, and ongoing security enhancements, backed by a dedicated team and robust technical specifications.
