Working to deliver SCED reports as prioritized by TPTF • Working with MMS Vendor to implement SCED outputs through MMS UI • Developing requirements for EMS reports by working with ERCOT business • SCED Outputs • LMPs for each Resource Node (1) • Settlement Point Prices at Hub and Load Zone (2) • SCED Shadow Prices (3) • Binding transmission constraints (4) • LMP Contour Map • EMS Outputs • 15 min average of Loads on Electrical Buses (5) • Status of breakers and switches • Transmission flows and voltages from SE • Individual transmission Load on Electrical Buses • Sum of Load on each Electrical Bus in each Load Zone • Total Load on Electrical Buses in the ERCOT System • Sum of ERCOT generation • All voltage schedules • (Priority as defined by TPTF) • Differences in MMS design and Market Participant expectations could lead to delay in implementation of LMP Contour Map

Why the potential delay in reporting? • Original plan for delivery of Reports & Extracts was a distributed responsibility shared across multiple Nodal projects • TPTF update presented by Pat Harris on 02/06/07 • “Application systems own the content – requirements, generation, responsibility for accuracy” • “Application systems sign off on its accuracy” • “Data owners from each Nodal Project Team generate requirements to define data products originating from their systems” • Issue: no single ownership - application systems focused on core application functionality; reports/extracts requirements inconsistent across projects • Revised plan - single, focused responsibility driven by MIS project & PMO • Coordinated effort will still require MP, Business, and Nodal application project involvement; however single point of management can drive priorities and ensure EDS synchronization
