  18. Entering Scores • There are two ways to enter scores for a group of students in a group • Look over each method and see what works best for you • Method will depend on how data is sorted (is it sorted by student or by date)

  19. Method 1: Entering Scores by student (one student at a time) • Best when data is sorted by student • Click on Blue Gear- add scores/ progress • Right side of popup- Click Behavior

  20. Entering Scores by student (one student at a time) • Popup: Daily Point Sheet Progress Monitoring Score appears • Can change date • Red Box is a percentage score student received • Not Tested used if student absent or does not Check Out • Can use Calculate to put in students’ scores out of a total • 17 out of 25 or 33 out of 37 • Press Save When Done • Repeat for scores on another day

  21. Method 2: Entering scores for entire group per date • Best when data is sorted by date (all students) • Must have entire group open on left side • Quicklinks- Enter Roster Scores

Method 2: Entering scores for entire group per date • Click- Select a Measure • Behavior (must press triangle) • School Rules and Expectations • Daily Point Sheet • Select Date • Press Create Scores (green button) • Can now put in scores for all students for the same day on one screen • Save (lower right corner) and Repeat for dates

  24. End of CICO Intervention • When is student completes CICO their plan must be ended and they must be removed from group • All interventions should be ended after 9 weeks MAX, if student still needs an intervention, start a new Intervention Plan

  25. Ending Intervention • Click on Student • Click RTI (right side of screen, toward middle) • Under Intervention Plans, click Blue Pencil • Make sure is Behavior Plan if student has multiple plans • Last Tab is Rate and End Plan

  26. Ending Plan • On Rate and End Plan Tab • Answer 3 questions • Can leave comments • Leave Timestamp if you leave comments • End Plan (lower right corner) • Plan is now ended

  27. Removing From Group • Go to Quicklinks- View Student Groups • Find Your Group • Can minimize search by selecting Behavior Domain and School, etc • Check box next to student name • Click Remove From Group (lower right) • Save Group • Go back to Educator Tab

  28. What you learned • You have now created a CICO group on Exceed. You may have attached other staff to this group (they can all see group). You found your students and added them to this group. You then created a CICO intervention plan using the template (possibly changing the start date). You then entered scores (using one of two methods). Once students were no longer on CICO, their plan was ended and the student was removed from the group. Questions- contact your PBIS external coach
