  3. Ingredients Ingredients: Components for 1 portion of dish in g(rammes) Fish-filets-100 Salt, marjoram, flour-5 oil-5 Bunch of mixed vegetables without cabbage-150 Onion-10 Tomato puree-10 Bay leaf, pimento, green parsley-10 Ketchup

  4. First of all... Defrost and clean filets,sort on porsions, add marjoram and salt, sprinkle with flour, fry to light-yellow colour.

  5. ... Then... Clean vegetables ,cut the pasta, rearrange to the saucepan, add an onion, stew under the cover with a bay leaf, pimento and salt.

  6. ... At last... Add a tomato puree. Put fried fish on the vegetables.
