  2. Select “New”

  3. Enter Payment Code, Activates OfficePay button

  4. Select Payment Method

  5. Select Payment Method

  7. Confirmation ID, showing reconciliation

  8. Office Pay can be launched from 3 locations in Medisoft: • Transaction Entry • Deposit List • Office Hours

  9. OfficePay – Deposit List

  10. OfficePay – Office Hours

  11. Medisoft – ePay - Demo

  12. Patient receives message to pay bill from an eBill notification or mailed statement.

  13. Select Billing Options

  14. Select Payment Amount, Message to Provider, and Payment Method

  15. Enter eCheck information, and select submit

  16. Confirmation page or “Receipt”

  17. BillFlash ePay button, pulls in payment transactions from MyProviderLink.com

  18. Payment pulled in with Confirmation ID. Payment can now be applied.
