E N D
It is important to understand the differences between LCD and LED because they are both very co-related and it is possible to confuse one and the other. The structure of both LCD and LED is very similar, as the technology behind these screens is similar.
About LCD TV • LCD Television is a flat-panel television that utilizes liquid crystal display technology. It consists of two layers of glass, which are polarized and held together. The liquid crystals are in one of the layers. These liquid crystals pass or block the light, producing images on the screen as the electric current passes through it. • However, the crystals do not produce their light. The light comes from a series of fluorescent lamps on the back of the screen. There are millions of shutters installed on the grid, which are close enough to emit light and open the trap for creating images.
About LCD TV • Then each shutter is paired with a color filter that produces a sub-pixel. These are so small that when they are combined, they create a single pixel, which appears to be the same area of color on the screen. With the help of fluorescent lamps, images created by liquid crystals are visible to the viewer. • Not all LCDs are a subset of LED TVs. LCDs mainly use fluorescent lights, these fluorescent lights are usually placed behind the scenes, and LCDs are usually thicker and have no energy efficiency compared to LEDs.
About LED TV • LED TVs, on the other hand, do not use fluorescent lights. LEDs are light-emitting diodes that use LED TV to brighten images displayed on the screen. This is the primary and main difference between LCD and LED TV. • Also, the placement of the lights on the LED screen is different. The fluorescent lights on the LCD TV are always behind the scenes. On an LED screen, however, light-emitting diodes can be placed behind the screen or around its edges.
About LED TV • With edge lighting, LED TVs generate light from a series of diodes arranged outside the edge of the screen. Backlit LEDs, on the other hand, have full-array lighting diodes behind the scenes. • Full-range lighting provides more control over the brightness of the image, as these diodes can be controlled independently. Edge lighting has its problems. This does not guarantee a satisfactory viewing of the screen, which is not a problem with the backlit LCD screen.
“ • The different lighting technology used in LED TVs makes most LED screens thinner than LCD screens. Image quality is also great, LED screens to produce sharper and more realistic colors than LCD screens. Besides, LED technology can significantly reduce the power consumption of the television unit. • If your LED TV or LCD TV faces any issue, then contact our LED TV Repair Bangalore and LCD TV Repair Bangalore.
