Last spring, the R&R Committee assessed and contributed to the Marketing Plan's development. They brainstormed tactical ideas, generating prioritized lists for Recruitment and Retention initiatives. Key strategies include enhancing campus aesthetics, launching Summer Bridge Programs, updating the website, and implementing mandatory orientation for new students. Early Alert Programs and a campus-wide retention focus were prioritized. Subcommittees are working on initiatives, with funding secured for high school advertising. Ongoing efforts include new communication tools and collaboration with community groups.

Current Status: • Subcommittees have fleshed out each initiative • Work teams established to see initiatives • through implementation • Some funding obtained – ie. Perkins Non Trad • Funding of $25,000 for High School Advertising R&R Committee update for CLt
Current Status continued: • Work teams may be approaching others to join/assist • Will be coming to CLT for funds as required • - minimal marketing funds budgeted; will • require reallocation to implement tactics • Already brainstorming next set of priorities to be worked on once these 8 have been implemented R&R Committee update for CLt
