1. Salary Structure and Terms
2. Annual CTC You CTC will be Rs 96000/-* per year with out incentives and you can earn incentive upto 4% of your sales.
This will be including Reimbursement* for traveling and phone .
3. Fixed Salary Fixed salary will be Rs 8000/- per month
In Rs 8000/- , Rs 7000 /- will be salary and Rs 1000/- will be reimbursement for travel and phone per month
*The salary will only process on minimum sales of Rs 15000/- in that month
*For Reimbursement you need to give proof of phone and travel expense
4. Variable Salary If you do sales of Rs 25000/- and above in a month then you will be getting incentive of 4% on that sales amount.
This incentive will be over and above of your fixed salary
5. Promotion and Salary increment Level 1) Raise Upto Rs 12000/- per month when achieving target of Rs 40000/- per month
Level 2) Raise Upto Rs 15000/- when achieving target of Rs 60000/- per month
