How you can make your visit at LANL secure • Follow the instructions of your host  at all times • Visitors are to comply with all safety and security requirements identified by the host or escort • Visitors must maintain a professional manner at all times; • Failure to comply with these or any other identified requirements could result in the immediate termination of the visit. • Wear your badge at all time while on LANL property

How you can make your visit at LANL secure • Controlled Articles: electronic devices (personal Cell phones/blackberries, personal computers, PDA, camera, etc.) is allowed in property protection areas, however: • the use of wireless networking (802.11) is prohibited • Pictures taking is not allow without approval • Use of Bluetooth is prohibited and function must be turned off • Use of laptop is not allow without approval

How you can make your visit at LANL secure • Prohibited Articles are those articles not permitted on all DOE property including parking lots. • Any dangerous weapon • Explosives • Dangerous instruments likely to cause injury to person or property • Alcoholic beverages, even unopened bottles • Controlled substance such as illegal drugs and associated paraphernalia; and any other items prohibited by law

  5. How you can make your visit at LANL secure • Tag your Bags • back packs, duffel bags, lunch boxes, • computer (laptop) cases, • fanny packs, and purses that you bring on Laboratory property. Note: Proper ID is essential to keeping your belongings in one piece. • Remember, When in doubt, who do you ask? Questions?
