  2. Spring April 22-June 20 • What is the weather like in all the different seasons? • In spring the weather is mild temperatures and often times rainy. • When the earth is tilted slightly away from the sun in the northern hemisphere we have spring in north and fall in south.

  3. SummerJune 21-September 20 • What is the weather like in all the different seasons? • In summer the weather is hot with not much rain, it’s a perfect time to go to the beach with family and friends. • During summer the northern hemisphere of the earth is tilted towards the sun, making the suns rays hit the earth more directly

  4. FallSeptember 21- December 20 • What is the weather like in all the different seasons? • In Fall or Autumn the days are cool and the leaves on the trees change from green to beautiful reds, oranges, and yellows. • In the fall the earths northern hemisphere is tilted slightly away from the sun causing the cool temperatures.

  5. WinterDecember 21- April 21 • What is the weather like in all the different seasons? • The winter is cold and depending on where you live very snowy. The days are also shorter because of less sunlight. • During the winter months the earths northern hemisphere is tilted away from the sun causing the colder temperatures.

  6. Activities • Draw a picture of how you see yourself in a season of your choice, color and decorate it. • On the back of the sheet of paper write 5 interesting facts about the season you have chosen. These can be facts about the season itself or why the season is different from the others. Anything you think is fun and interesting that you find from your research of the season.
