Creating Outlook Archive Folder. Now with Outlook open , go to File at the left top of the screen and click on it. Now click the Account Settings drop down and then click Account Settings. Now click on the data Files tab. Now click on add.

  1. Creating Outlook Archive Folder

  2. Now with Outlook open , go to File at the left top of the screen and click on it.

  3. Now click the Account Settings drop down and then click Account Settings.

  4. Now click on the data Files tab

  5. Now click on add

  6. Now highlight the File name and change it to what you want to name it.

  7. Click ok

  8. Now you have your archive folder. Click close

  9. You now have your archive folder.
