  5. KECEDERAAN MENEMBUSI MATA ETIOLOGI 1. Luka di kornea - Pisau - Kaca 2. Cebisan logam - Letupan - Mesin elektrik - Tukul dan pahat 3. Penyakit kornea - Ulser - Keratokonus

  6. BENDA ASING (CEBISAN LOGAM)

  7. MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL • Mata yg terlibat - Tiba² rabun. - Sakit. - Air mata . - Merah. • Kornea - Luka - Mungkin benda asing intra okular. - Iris prolaps.

  8. IRIS PROLAPSE

  9. Sambungan…MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL • Kamar anterior - Kempis. - Akuous keluar. • Pupil - Kecacatan bentuk. - Bentuk air mata. • Hyphaema - Kerap berlaku.

  11. Sambungan…MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL • Jika sclera tembus. - Perdarahan intra okular yg serius (badan siliari tercedera). • Perforasi kapsul kanta . - Katarak.

  12. PENGURUSAN • Rawatan kecemasan di Klinik Kesihatan. - Pasang ‘shield’ mata. - Jangan bubuh salap mata. - Jangan buat ‘eye irrigation’ bagi kecederaan perforasi mata. • Rujuk segera ke Hosp. • Pengurusan di Hospital (Pembedahan). - Jahit luka di kornea. - Masukkan kembali iris yg prolaps.

  13. Sambungan…PENGURUSAN • Jika benda asing intra okular. - Buat X-ray utk mengesan. - Logam – Electromagnet. - Bukan logam – Pembedahan. • Antibiotik sistemik. - Cegah infeksi intra okular.

  14. KOMPLIKASI Komplikasi segera : • Kamar anterior runtuh. • Kandungan mata terkeluar. • Endophtalmitis.

  15. Sambungan…KOMPLIKASI Komplikasi jangka panjang : • Parut kornea. • Astigmatism – Parut kornea. • Glaukoma. • Uveitis yg berulang-ulang.

  16. Sambungan…KOMPLIKASI • Sympathetic ophtalmitis. - 2 minggu / 2 thn kemudian. • Pada mata yg normal. • Autoimun. • Steroid dan buang mata yg tercedera.(Jarang berlaku ).
