WELCOME… • ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Open Board Meetings. • Our first Contract with McCordsville Sports Park. • Matt Mayhew nominated as DOC of the Year. • Set a more formal structure for Coaches. • Partnership with Chicago Fire & Youth Elite Soccer. • Partnership with PYSA. • Addition of Isidro Alverado as Asst. Technical Director. • Established availability for common practices for all Coaches & Trainers. • Club Keeper Training. • Addition of RMA philosophy.

TIME TO GROW | Park Growth • McCordsville Sports Park • The Home of the Gryphons! • All Home games are played at McCordsville Sports Park in McCordsville Indiana, right off SR 67/Pendleton Pike, West of Fortville and just South of the Giest area.  • We have shared our needs as a Club to Kert Toler and Kert has started to respond - Camps, Supply Shed, Tourney’s, New Field Construction and more. • McCordsville Sports Park  • 5450 W. ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA • BETTER TRAINING • Focusing on technical skills • RMA SESSIONS - Matt Mayhew attended the RMA course and is starting to implement the Mulensteen Philosophy by teaching kids technical skills at a young age and hone the older kids skills. • COMMON PRACTICES - Kurt and Matt offer their practice set lists online for all coaches to share. The key to success is that we have the best coaches and they have the best tools. • KEEPERS - Offering Goalie Technical Training one night a week. • CAMPS - Chicago Fire Camps (YES)

  13. ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA COMMUNICATION What good is information if you never find out? MASS EMAILS – Same information is going out to all members – don’t delete. Less than 50% of people check their voicemails FACEBOOK – Fun and useful tool on getting the information to Gryphon fans everywhere. Don’t forget to SHARE!!! WEBSITE – The website is a great way to have access to all the tools that you need to be a successful and informed Gryphon.
