  2. Sign Offs at End of Meeting • Vaughan Fall Festival • Books for Africa • Wellness 5K Run • September & October donut sales • Hoya Pride food drive • Ford Fall Festival

  3. Stuff a Bus by THURSDAY • Bring a new toy to Mrs. Tarvin’s room (418) or Mrs. Spaeth’s room (319) by THURSDAY. • 1/2 hour credit per toy; limit 2 hours of credit

  4. Still Elementary Fall Festival • Friday, November 11 from 5:30 to 8 pm • If you’d just like to clean up, you can report from at 8:30 pm • KMHS and Hillgrove students will be assisting, too. • Sign up at the end of today’s meeting.

  5. School Clean-Up Day • Saturday, November 12 at Harrison • Sponsored by Student Government • Times were not communicated to us. (We assume that it will be in the morning, but Mrs. Tatum will know.)

  6. Our Father’s Hands Clothing Drive • NOW until NOVEMBER 18 • New items = $5 earns ½ credit (save receipt)

  7. Friday, December 9Saturday, December 10 • Due West United Methodist Church Ladies Holiday Luncheon • Shifts: • Friday, Dec. 9from 3 pm to 8 pm for set up • Saturday, Dec. 10 from 10 am to 3 pm for serving food • Saturday volunteers should wear black or khaki pants with a white shirt.

  8. Relay for Life Service • Krispy Kreme Donut Sales in November • Wednesday, November 16 • Meet in Admin 2 at 7:45 am • Sell Luminaria(Beautiful white bags with candles to honor cancer victims at the Relay) • Print the form off of the blog • Bring completed form and $10 check to Mrs. Tarvin or Mrs. Spaeth • 1 Luminaria = 1 Relay for Life hour • Relay for Life Online Fundraising • Follow link on the blog to register online • Email friends and family members inviting them to make a donation on your behalf • $10 donation = 1 Relay for Life hour

  9. Relay for Life Service • Shane’s Night is BACK! • 2nd Monday of every month • Monday, November 7 • 4 pm to closing • TELL THEM THAT YOUR WITH HARRISON! • Staple your receipt to your service hours tracker. • Earn ½ hour of Relay for Life credit for each person who buys a meal excluding yourself. • We’ll sign off at each meeting.

  10. Annual Dues • $10 • Checks made out to Harrison High School • Bring to Mrs. Tarvin (418), Mrs. Spaeth (319), or Mr. Tarvin (314) • Please stop by before or after school • Deadline: TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!
