CONCEPT • EVENT: OUTLANDISH Art & Music Festival • DATES: 3, 4 & 5 October 2014 • VENUE: Himgiri Resort, Naddi, McLeodganj, Himachal Pradesh • TARGET AUDIENCE: Music and art lovers across all age groups starting 18 years of age • TARGET REGION: Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad etc. • KEY ACTIVITIES: Music, Paintings, Tattoo making, Photography workshops, Bike Rallies, Trekking, etc. • MUSIC GENRE: Rock/ electronic, Sufi, Folk, Jazz, Metal, Etc

OUTLANDISH – SOUL FEST 2014 • The 1st Outlandish – Soul Fest has been conceived as a confluence of musicians and artists from across India. • The event has been conceptualised to fill the need for a premier music festival in the hill state which can showcase the best of regional, national and international talents in the music field to the people of the region. Besides serving as a platform for interaction among musicians, music professionals, music lovers, music trade firms and music institutes, the festival will also help initiate cross-cultural dialogue among people and artistes of the region with those from others parts of the country and the world. • Apart from music Outlandish will also promote local artisans (painters, weavers to name a few) and photography community. Live painting contest, photography workshops, JAM session at camps, Tattoos will be some of the major highlight of the festival.

  7. The events will be spread across three step campus of Himgiri Resort. An open-air stage for live music, an indoor auditorium for photography, a food court and ten stalls specially created for the purpose. • While the live music performances will be held in the open-air venue, the auditoriums and pavilions will be used for the lecture-demonstration sessions, film screening event, display kiosks for professionals and firms from the music trade industry. • A Himachal Pradesh ethnic food festival will also be held on all three days of the festival in the food court inside Himgiri.

PREMIER EXHIBIT SPACE: Your agency will receive A high impact and premium Exhibit location. You will have the opportunity to distribute your Company literature or product(s)  on-site at the event 3. NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENT: Your Company will receive a premium placement as a “Title Sponsor” in our newspaper advertisement in “Times of India” (In Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh & Punjab. In total 1/6th page 8 advertisements). 4. DIRECT ADVERTISING: Company name/logo will be prominently placed and mentioned as “Title Sponsor” in all on posters, banners, flyers, social media and all marketing materials used for the event. 5. RADIO ADVERTISING: Company name will be announced as a “Title Sponsor” in all radio promotion activities. (In Red FM for 30 days during the prime times; Morning & Evening)

ONSITE ADVERTISING: This would be a great opportunity to market your product In front of thousands of people. Company banner & logo will be prominently displayed at the center stage and at front entrance of venue. 8. VERBAL RECOGNIZATION: You will be given a 10 minutes slot at the center--‐stage. You Can use the time to promote your product, service or organization to the audience. 9. VIP PASSES: 100 complimentary VIP passes 10. HIGHLIGHTED SIGNAGE: Your Company’s name and logo will be highlighted throughout the venue on written materials and signage.

The company must provide the T-Shirts. 14. NAMING RIGHTS: Naming rights option on next year’s event.
