Sweet Cause: Baking to Raise Awareness and Funds

Join us as we run a cupcake/muffin stall in a fifth-grade class to raise money for a recent natural disaster, combining charity, math, and science skills. Students will showcase their project through PowerPoints, videos, and a class website. Our group effort includes research and contributions from all members. Stay updated through our Facebook group. Thank you for supporting our cause!

  3. CHOSEN SUBJECT MATHAMETICS-ALGEBRA Aim of the Authentic task: To teach students the importance of charity, mathematic skills and scientific skills they can use later.

  4. OUR PROJECT IS TO RUN A CUPCAKE/MUFFIN STALL TO RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITY IN A YEAR 5 CLASS FOR A NATURAL RECENT DISASTER TO CREATE AWARNESS ABOUT THE SOCIETY.

  5. Technology: How will the students present their learning's? Suggestions: PowerPoints ( For school assembly) Video (while they are cooking) Zoho sites ( To make class website and blog) Camera: Photos as they are doing this project
