NCEP and ECMWF deterministic forecast verification for East Africa stations.

  5. What to do now… • Get together into your groups, meet each other • Get the folder called “Projects” from the ftp site. • The data supplier should describe his data and what he or she would like to do • Decide whether to use R or Excel to do the analyses
