During the first day of the SVD meeting in Korea, discussions highlighted crucial issues related to the trigger and clock information not being sourced from COPPER, leading to potential complications with unified systems. Participants emphasized the need for robust performance in data transfer to both the CDAQ and PXD systems. Additionally, there were concerns about high-voltage signal integrity and the proximity of the Belle structure. In a lighter moment, the group encountered a wild pig in a KEK radiation safety area, estimated to weigh around 130 kg.

Korea DAQ meeting (1st day) • Nakao: • Trigger/clock information does not come from COPPER. They comes an independent system. (I am sorry I may have misunderstood the mails between Markus and Wecek.) • The common trigger/clock distribution will not be convenient. The reason will be explained when he comes back and also to Krakow people. • Itoh: • The same data is transferred to CDAQ and PXD. The system should be designed to have enough performance to send to two destinations. • Ushiroda • The high-voltage side signal is transferred in the long cable. please be careful about the insulation or HV leak. • The Belle structure just outside of Belle is very crowded. It may not be so obvious to find • Can you adjust APV operation parameters? My answer is "yes" they are all programmable. • (Probably by) Liu Zhen'An • What kind of connectors will be used? (I could not understand the question)
Korea DAQ meeting (2nd day) There was a discussion about "sender" board of the unified link, slow control... The back board which Wacek proposed could be a model of the sender card. Itohhas a big concern about sending data from SVD to both CDAQ and PXD. Usually this kind of connection causes degradation of performance. The backboard should be designed to avoid such a dead lock.
Wild pig • On sunday, a wild pig invaded a KEK radiation safety area. I was preparing the slide in KEK and witnessed the pig. KEKannounced that someone estimated that it weighs 130 kg.
