    3. STATE ELECTRIC CONTRACTS Dominion Power – Working on revised contract with changes to reflect move from de-regulation to hybrid-regulation Appalachian Power – Upcoming review of existing contract to determine if amendments needed Other providers generally on jurisdictional rates

    4. PJM Administers transmission and generation in Virginia Rules developed by members State is considering joining after July 1st Will work with other members to achieve common goals

    5. All Public Bodies Contracts Performance Contracting Demand Response Natural Gas – Commodity Procurement and LDC Contracts Heating Oil (Non-transportation fuels)
