  2. Prepare a text file for Gene ID Go to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/batchentrez?db=Nucleotide Select the database : Gene Upload the text file Press the ‘retrieve’ button

  3. Set ‘Display’ to ‘Summary’, save results to file, the ORF ID is listed in line ‘Other Aliases’

  4. Text file, ORF ID is listed in line ‘Other Aliases’.
