Corporate Card Application guide Complete the American Express Corporate card application attached • Application guidelines: • Personal information section: PAN/GIR No. / Passport No. / Driving License, Any one field is mandatory • Please capture the 8 digit Employee number correctly in the Work Related Information Section • Please capture the Corporate ID specific to the entity you belong to as per the table provided below • Any alterations in the application has to be countersigned to avoid applications being rejected • Employee Id, Email ID and Corporate Id is mandatory. • 1. Missing or inaccurate information may lead to delay. Holding a live corporate card would result in application getting declined. Application status enquiries can be made by calling American Express Helpline numbers at 1800 419 1222. Kindly give 3 business days from the time of submitting the application to American Express before checking with American Express Customer Service.
