  2. 1.0 Students will develop a learning plan using their service related eLearning course catalog to identify required or desired training courses, delivery methods, and estimated completion time. Identify training needs Determine delivery method Determine estimated completion time Synchronous or Asynchronous Required or Desired? Identify number of contact hour for course Add to learning plan Desired Required Synchronous Asynchronous Group sequenced training courses Prerequisites complete Software downloads or add-ons needed?   3. 2.0 Students will log into their service eLearning portal’s kinesthetic interactive learning network (KILN) to access training courses identified on their learning plan using a secure internet enabled device.   4. 3.0 Students will register for courses based on their learning plan using KILN to navigate to desired learning center. Navigate to learning center Register for course Select course Select course from eLearning catalog Identify learning sequence from learning plan • Avatar created? Create avatar Verify course matches learning plan Determine next course in learning sequence Identify location of learning center • Any delivery options? • All prerequisites complete? Run, walk, fly, or teleport to learning center Select desired delivery option Complete prerequisite training Enter learning center and locate eLearning course catalog Register for course Locate lesson in eLearning course catalog Open eLearning catalog

  5. 4.0 Students will complete registered courses using preferred ubiquitous technologies to navigate to course location within learning centers throughout the KILN. Complete course Locate registered course Open or logon course Identify location of registered course Review course objectives • Asynchronous or synchronous course? Identify course start date and time Participate as instructed Run, walk, fly, or teleport to course location Complete course assessment as required Save or print completion certificate as required
