  2. What It Is… • TruTagTechnologies provides product authentication and brand protection solutions. • They use customized nanotechnology solutions using coded silica microtags. These microtags are made of the highest purity silica, making them biologically inert, edible, and virtually invisible. • TruTag'spatented technology etches 'spectral barcode's into a silicon wafer. The code can be measured via a spectrometer-based optical reader, and then verified against other cryptographic information printed on the package, so that the item and packaging are authenticated together. • Each tag contains a unique code that can only be scanned using special instruments.

TruTag®microtags can integrate into the very fabric of a product, much like fingerprints on a human being. • TruTag® can be used for the authentication of food, drugs, electronics, and consumer products. • The TruTag® security platform will help prevent counterfeiting, enhance the safety and traceability of food and medicine and assure product quality.

  4. Coming Soon… • TruTagis currently in laboratory trials for a tablet coating in a nutritional supplement. They are working with different color coatings on tablets for anti-coloring. They are testing temperatures, humidity, and contamination from batch to batch. If all goes well, the product should be deployed by next year.
