Join us for a fun "Floor Appreciation" program where residents will create life-size cutouts of themselves, promoting community spirit and positive vibes in our hallways! Participants will trace and cut out their silhouettes, showcasing their creative poses. Once displayed, fellow residents will write uplifting messages on each cutout. This engaging activity not only decorates our bare hallways but also fosters appreciation among residents. Happening in November, it embraces the theme "Why I am thankful for you." Let's create a colorful and supportive atmosphere together!

I decided to do life-size cut outs of the residents. We had a program called "Floor Appreciation". About 20 residents laid down in the lounge and traced each other, then cut themselves out. Everyone had a fun time thinking of poses to do and I laughed so much while watching them. Next we taped their cut outs to the walls in the hallway and the other residents wrote nice things about them on each cut out. It was a really cool way for residents to show appreciation and decorate the halls at the same time. We did it in the month of November so you could also use the theme of "Why I am thankful for you". All the residents who participated enjoyed themselves and people that walk by our hall are envious of our awesome decorations! I also added signs like "Don't Hate, Appreciate.See the next slide for pictures…
