  1. SEO Case Study Overview: - Gallery Finance is one of the UK’s leading finance brokers, with over 25 years worth of experience in providing finance loans. The existing website was not generating enough online enquiries to match their ambition and reputation. Objectives: - Gallery Finance replaced their old website to establish themselves as one of the leading online finance brokers. Their new website was launched on July 23rd 2010, and an SEO strategy was put in place to target a selection of highly competitive search terms. The two main objectives of this project were to: - • Provide the website with an improved rate of relevant traffic • Achieve greater visibility on the search engines for competitive terms.

  2. SEO Case Study Solution: - In the early stages of the SEO project, keyword research was performed based on a list of the client’s desired search terms. The website content was then optimised accordingly to ensure every page was unique and targeted towards a search term. The META data and copy for each page have been carefully considered to encourage improved search engine rankings. Following the on-site optimisation, Gallery Finance’s link profile was the next issue to resolve. A bespoke link building strategy was implemented to ensure that there were a number of non-reciprocal themed and valuable links for the individual pages of the website. The Gallery Finance website is continually updated with fresh content and fine-tuned, in order to ensure that the relevant search terms are ranking high on a consistent basis.

Gallery Finance are delighted with the progress that has been made, and have achieved 1st page Google results for 4 of their chosen search terms. The impressive initial results were followed by consistently high levels of traffic, bringing more people to the site and expanding the numbers of clients using their services. They are an ambitious company and understand that having a strong search engine presence is critical to their online business success. The return on investment generated by the SEO campaign will be used to fund further online marketing campaigns, this will lead to increased traffic, conversions and search engine rankings.
