The Impact of Workforce Beliefs and Education on Technology Adoption: An Empirical Analysis

This study examines the relationship between workforce characteristics—such as tenure, education level, and prior experiences—and their beliefs about the usefulness and ease of technology. Through regression analysis, we find significant correlations: workforce belief in technology usefulness has an r² of 0.57, while attitudes towards technology show an r² of 0.64. Moreover, participation in training enhances behavioral intentions with significant relationships highlighted by p-values. These insights can inform strategies to improve technology adoption in organizations.
