  3. Do’s & Don'ts During the Exam

  4. PREPARATION BEFORE TWO WEEKS OF THE EXAMS!!

  5. First, create a time table for last 2 weeks and focus on studying and start practicing on weak areas if any. • Prepare a list of all important formulae's and concepts for quick revision • Focus on text books prescribed by respective board. Thoroughly study the content as majority of exam revolves around the text books

  6. Make notes from prescribed text books and practice all the problems by writing them down rather than verbally learning. Written practice is the best trick to remember and understand the content and it also improves the speed. • Practice a few questions from previous chapter as you study a new chapter. This will make sure you stay in touch with the concepts. • Practice answering previous year question papers and sample papers within the time limits of the official exam; till you score high in limited time you allot marks for what you write.

  7. Presentation during Exams • Use the terminology of the prescribed text books while writing the answers during the final exams • Make your presentation is neat with the best of your handwriting and avoid scratches which in turn impress the evaluator to score high.

  8. Follow systematic methods in answering questions. First read the entire question paper thoroughly & mark all the questions which you are confident, then start answering according to the sequence. Later think and answer the remaining questions carefully. • Very Important thing which should be kept in mind while answering the questions are answer should be divided into points. In between the points, there should be some important points marked with bullets. Important words should be underlined with a pencil. The answer should have a sub Heading. Make sure the entire answer paper looks very neat & tidy.

  9. The Very most important thing is to attempt all the questions without leaving none. Spare ten minutes to check the answer and question numbers at the end of exams.

  12. Have realistic expectation from your ward. • Avoid nagging, Gentle reminders are welcome. • Encourage sleep pattern with adequate rest. • Ensure your ward eats nutritious meal. • Highlight your ward’s strength whenever possible. • Stop comparing with others achievements.

  13. Acknowledge the improvements with a small pat or a small gift • Maintain sound atmosphere without noise pollution, while you ward is studying • Maintain a calm atmosphere at home. Better to avoid any arguments or heated discussions between any of the family members in front of your ward • Try to spend quality time and understand your ward’s mood and needs.
