  40. Finding an Idea… Find a trend, complaint, problem or pain Get creative on how to capitalise on it

  41. Mindmap all the areas of skill or interest in the group • Brainstorm all the complaints, problems or needs people have associated with each of these skills/interests in turn • Brainstorm solutions to these problems • Remember, it’s all about QUANTITY, not QUALITY
